Refund Policy

We would rather you had your money back than owned software you do not want.
The policy
Fourteen days is a real trial, not a formality. The vault takes about ten minutes to set up and you will know inside an evening whether it fits how you keep things. If it doesn’t, we would rather give you the money back than have it sit unused.
14-day refund. Email support@coffershield.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and one line about what didn’t work, and we will refund you in full. We ask for the reason only so we can fix it — we are not going to argue with you about it.
How to request one
- Email support@coffershield.com from the address you bought with.
- Include your Lemon Squeezy order number — it is in your receipt email.
- We aim to reply within two business days and process the refund immediately after.
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money typically appears within five to ten business days.
Repeat or bad-faith requests
This policy is written for people who bought something that turned out not to suit them. We reserve the right to decline where there is evidence of abuse — repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or refund requests made in bad faith. In practice this affects almost nobody.
After a refund
Your licence ends when the refund is issued, and you should delete the software. Because CofferShield runs entirely on your own device, we have no way to remotely revoke or disable it — we are relying on you here, and we would ask you to honour it.
Your vault file is yours and stays on your machine. We never had access to it and cannot delete it. If you no longer want it, delete the file yourself.
One thing we cannot do
A refund does not recover a lost master password or a lost vault file. Nothing does. Please keep backups.
